No. You keep using Pixieset, Pic-Time, ShootProof or whatever you love. bookbirdy tracks what is due, and sends the family your link.
Is the sales tax exact?
It is an estimate from the rate you enter, month by month. Check the rules for your area with your accountant before filing.
Are payments taken outside bookbirdy included?
Only what is paid or marked paid in bookbirdy. Refunds and processing fees are not recorded, so income is before both.
