Why it helps

Up and running in an afternoon

No retyping years of clients and sessions. Connect, import, match, and your Families screen is already full.

Rebooking works from day one

Lifetime spend, who has not booked in a year, and birthdays coming up are right because the history is all there.

Nothing is guessed

A session is only linked when exactly one family fits, and what is left is yours to place. Nothing is overwritten.

Step one

Your calendar becomes your session history.

Connect Google Calendar and bookbirdy reads all of it: every past session and every one coming up, with the client's name, phone and details from the event. Personal events and time blocks are left out. After that it stays in sync on its own, and changes you make in bookbirdy go back to your calendar.

  • Past and upcoming sessions, back to 2015
  • Names, phones and details from each event
  • Stays in sync without you doing anything

Step two

Your client list comes with you.

Pick the app your clients are in now: HoneyBook, Dubsado, Pixieset, 17hats, Táve, Session, Google Contacts or any spreadsheet. The wizard shows how to export, lines up the columns, shows exactly what will happen, and only then imports. Kids and birthdays, notes, labels and photo permissions come across when your file has them, and a second file of invoices brings payment history.

  • Guided export steps for each app
  • See what will happen before anything is saved
  • Safe to run twice, nothing is overwritten

Step three

One tap marries them together.

bookbirdy links each session to the family it clearly belongs to: by email first, then phone, then name, and only when exactly one family fits. You see how many were linked and how. Anything left is listed with a box to pick the family, so nothing is guessed and nothing is lost.

  • Email, then phone, then name
  • Two families with the same name are never mixed up
  • An existing link is never changed

Then

Tell your families where to book.

Once everything is in one place, send one email with your new booking page. You see every family it goes to, change the words, and press Send. Families you have told are marked, so no one gets it twice.

  • Each family greeted by name
  • Unsubscribed families are never listed
  • You review and press Send

Questions

Questions

Which calendars work?

Google Calendar. Connect it once and your sessions come in and stay in sync. Apple and Outlook calendars are not supported yet.

How far back does it go?

Everything on the calendar, from 2015 on, past and upcoming.

What if a session cannot be matched to a family?

It is listed on the same screen with a box to pick the family. Nothing is guessed, and a session is only linked when exactly one family fits.

Will it change families I already have?

No. Families are matched by email, and they only get what is missing. Importing the same file twice never doubles anything.

Can I bring payment history too?

Yes, if your app can export invoices or payments with each client's email. Each paid invoice becomes a past session.

Is it free to try?

Yes. Start free for 14 days with no card, bring in your history, and see your whole business in one place.
