Billing questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Your 14 day trial includes every Pro feature and doesn't need a card. Choose a plan when it ends.
What happens when my trial ends?
Pick Basic or Pro to keep going. If you don't, your studio pauses, but nothing is deleted, so you can come back and pick up where you left off.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, from your billing page. Moving from Pro to Basic keeps all your data. The Pro-only tools just go back to being locked.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for a year up front and save 10%. Your plan renews each year until you cancel.
Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel any time, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months or years.
Are there any other fees?
No bookbirdy fees on your bookings. When families pay you online, Stripe or Square charge their normal processing fees, the same as they would anywhere else.
